is a modern well equipped boxing gym featuring:

punchbags
- floor to ceiling speedballs
- Private weight training room
- cycling and rowing machines
- full size Boxing Ring

| We employ a
competent team of trainers that caters for boxers at all
levels of skill and experience. Our trainers work with young
novice professional boxers through to international boxers who
hold W.B.A recognized regional titles. |
