Bookings and Payment
Please note: The accommodation venues WILL
NOT accept direct bookings. Bookings for
these venues must be made through your
conference registration. To secure your
reservation, you must provide credit card
details. Your credit card details will be
passed on to the venue. The balance of the
account is to be settled directly with the
venue by the delegate upon checkout from the
venue. Please note that the Medical Industry
Association does not accept payment for
accommodation on behalf of the accommodation
venues.
All changes to accommodation requirements
must be made in writing to the Conference
Manager – not to the accommodation venue. If
requested accommodation is not available we
will reserve a similar alternative.
Deadline for Accommodation Bookings &
Cancellation Policy
To secure accommodation please book prior to
the closing date of 9 October 2007. Rooming
allocations will be held until 9 October
2007. Cancellation fees may apply after this
time and cancellation policies vary for each

Late Arrivals
Please indicate your arrival time on your
booking so we can advise the property.
Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should
indicate the name of the person with whom
they wish to share on the registration form.
Only ONE of the sharing delegates should
submit the accommodation booking.
