• Admission to all Conference sessions held on Saturday 17 November 2007

Acknowledgement

All registrations received prior to Monday 5 November 2007 will be acknowledged in writing.  Registrations received after Monday 5 November 2007 will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. 

If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact the Medical Industry Association of New Zealand via email admin@mianz.co.nz 

Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice, which appears as an attachment, with an access key.   You will then be able to use your access key to update your registration information until Sunday 4 November 2007 via the Conference website www.orl.org.nz
